By downloading, installing, or using WalletForecast ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. License and Ownership

2.1 License Grant

Upon purchase, WalletForecast grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, subject to Apple's App Store terms and these Terms.

2.2 Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights, are and remain the exclusive property of WalletForecast.

3. Use of the App

3.1 Permitted Use

• Personal financial planning and forecasting
• Tracking personal income and expenses
• Creating financial projections for personal use

3.2 Prohibited Use

• Commercial or business use without proper licensing
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App
• Copying, modifying, or creating derivative works
• Removing or altering any proprietary notices
• Using the App for any illegal purposes

• All data is stored locally on your device
• We do not collect or transmit personal information
• You are responsible for backing up your device data
• We cannot recover lost data

6. Purchases and Refunds

6.1 App Download

WalletForecast is available as a free download from the Apple App Store. The free version includes up to 5 recurring transactions.

6.2 In-App Purchase

An optional one-time in-app purchase of $4.99 unlocks unlimited recurring transactionsfor power users. All purchases are final and processed by Apple.

6.3 Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to Apple's App Store policies. Please contact Apple Support for refund requests.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

7.1 No Warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WALLETFORECAST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

7.3 Accuracy

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any forecasts or calculations provided by the App. Users should verify all important calculations independently.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WalletForecast from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, including attorney's fees, arising out of your use or misuse of the App, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of a third party.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice.

9.2 To the Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
